<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Consultant in Child Adolescent Psychiatry<br><strong>Grade:</strong> Consultant<br><strong>Location:</strong> Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week<br><strong>Rate:</strong> Competitive — details to be discussed upon application</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Consultant in Child Adolescent Psychiatry to join our NHS client in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>• Provide high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), and CAMHS settings<br>• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children and adolescents<br>• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development<br>• Offer clinical supervision and support to junior medical staff<br>• Ensure full compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation</p> <p><strong>Qualifications Experience</strong></p> <p>• Full GMC registration<br>• Section 12 approval<br>• Extensive experience in Child Adolescent Psychiatry, particularly in inpatient and community settings<br>• Proven experience in a Consultant-level role</p> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>If your experience aligns with this role, apply today.
