<p data-start="317" data-end="657"><strong data-start="317" data-end="331">Our client</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong data-start="358" data-end="398">Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist</strong> to provide clinical leadership across multiple service units within the Birmingham region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to influence practice standards, support service development, and lead occupational therapy provision across the region.</p>
<h3 data-start="659" data-end="672">The Role:</h3>

<p data-start="675" data-end="780">Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight to Occupational Therapists across multiple units</p>
</li>

<p data-start="783" data-end="885">Support service development and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy</p>
</li>
<li data-start="886" data-end="961">
<p data-start="888" data-end="961">Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to therapy staff</p>
</li>
<li data-start="962" data-end="1037">
<p data-start="964" data-end="1037">Work collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams</p>

<h3 data-start="1039" data-end="1056">Requirements:</h3>

<p data-start="1059" data-end="1107">HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1108" data-end="1211">
<p data-start="1110" data-end="1211">Significant post-qualification experience, including leadership or senior clinical responsibilities</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1212" data-end="1273">
<p data-start="1214" data-end="1273">Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1274" data-end="1329">
<p data-start="1276" data-end="1329">Ability to work regionally across multiple services</p>
