<p> </p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Consultant for a full-time position on a long-term insourcing contract. The role is designed for experienced professionals looking to work Monday to Friday, providing expert care and support in a specialized healthcare environment. This position is outside IR35, offering LTD payment options.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide expert oral and maxillofacial surgical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.</li> <li>Conduct patient consultations and assessments, developing tailored care strategies.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring data confidentiality.</li> <li>Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees.</li> <li>Stay updated with advancements in OMFS techniques and integrate them into practice.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.</li> <li>Proven experience in a consultant role within OMFS.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with regulatory standards.</li> <li>Professional registration GDC.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
