<p data-start="677" data-end="877">We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated <strong data-start="726" data-end="780">Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist</strong> to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality services across schools in the Hillingdon area.</p>
<p data-start="879" data-end="1217">Based at the <strong data-start="892" data-end="911">Wood End Centre</strong> in Hayes, this role offers the chance to make a real difference to the lives of children with speech, language, and communication needs by providing care directly in school settings. You’ll be joining a collaborative and proactive team that is passionate about child-centred care and community engagement.</p>
<p data-start="1219" data-end="1440">This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist with experience in paediatrics, particularly within educational or community settings, who is confident working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</p>

<h3 data-start="1447" data-end="1475"><strong data-start="1451" data-end="1475">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p data-start="1477" data-end="1502">In this role, you will:</p>

<p data-start="1505" data-end="1667">Independently assess, diagnose, manage, and evaluate outcomes for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs, including complex cases.</p>

<p data-start="1670" data-end="1788">Provide school-based interventions and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure integrated support.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1789" data-end="1929">
<p data-start="1791" data-end="1929">Deliver therapy in line with evidence-based practice, adapting to the needs of individual children across different school environments.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1930" data-end="2008">
<p data-start="1932" data-end="2008">Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records and reports.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2009" data-end="2109">
<p data-start="2011" data-end="2109">Support the development of therapy programmes and contribute to service improvement initiatives.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2112" data-end="2189">Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff where appropriate.</p>
