<p>Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting passionate <strong>Paediatric Nurses</strong> to join our dedicated team in <strong>West Yorkshire</strong>. If you're a compassionate, skilled nurse with a focus on delivering high-quality care to children, we want to hear from you!</p>
<p>As a <strong>Paediatric Nurse</strong>, you will provide expert care to children and young people, ensuring they receive the best possible support across a variety of healthcare settings in West Yorkshire. You will play a vital role in the delivery of care for children with a range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to more complex health needs, whilst offering support to families and ensuring their well-being.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<li>Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to children of all ages, from infants to adolescents</li>
<li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to each patient</li>
<li>Support children and their families through treatment, discharge, and recovery</li>
<li>Administer medications, manage symptoms, and monitor progress</li>
<li>Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, healthcare assistants, and other specialists</li>
<li>Offer emotional support and reassurance to both children and their families during times of stress or illness</li>
<li>Ensure that safeguarding and health and safety protocols are followed at all times</li>

<h3><strong>Skills Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Registered Nurse (Children’s)</strong> with valid NMC pin</li>
<li>A passion for providing excellent care to children and young people</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently</li>
<li>A commitment to ongoing professional development and training</li>
