<h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4>
<p>As a <strong>Highly Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist</strong>, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work as an autonomous practitioner managing a complex caseload.</li>
<li>Undertake advanced assessments using standardised and non-standardised tools.</li>
<li>Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for children with diverse needs.</li>
<li>Provide specialist advice and consultation to families, schools, and other professionals.</li>
<li>Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and EHCP processes.</li>
<li>Support service development and participate in audits and clinical governance activities.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT to make a significant impact in a short-term role within a supportive team environment.</p>

<h4><strong>About You</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Diploma/BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy.</li>
<li>HCPC registration.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in paediatric occupational therapy, including complex cases.</li>
<li>Advanced clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li>
