<h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4>
<p>Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled <strong>Paediatric Occupational Therapist</strong> to join their team in a specialist school setting in West London. This role focuses on supporting children and young people with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs to achieve their full potential in education and daily life.</p>
<p>As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to provide tailored interventions that promote independence, participation, and wellbeing.</p>

<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised and informal tools.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to support functional skills, self-care, and school-based activities.</li>
<li>Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions within the school environment.</li>
<li>Provide advice, training, and strategies to staff and caregivers to embed therapeutic approaches.</li>
<li>Contribute to EHCP processes and multidisciplinary reviews.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.</li>

<h4><strong>About You</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Diploma/BSc/MSc in Occupational Therapy.</li>
<li>HCPC registration.</li>
<li>Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational or paediatric setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and therapeutic techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.</li>
