<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Therapist to join an independent specialist day school in Windsor, supporting both primary and secondary pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviours.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team embedded within a therapeutic learning environment. You will play a vital role in assessing, formulating, and delivering tailored interventions to help children and young people thrive both educationally and emotionally.</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver specialist speech and language therapy to children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, developmental trauma, and SEN.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to personalised care plans.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide therapeutic input within both educational and residential settings.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Offer guidance and training to staff to ensure clinically informed environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor progress and provide feedback to teams and families.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work collaboratively with a large network of clinical professionals.</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Have experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be confident in supporting teams around the child to create therapeutic environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be an effective communicator, trainer, and clinical role model.</span></li>
