<p>Are you a qualified Psychologist with experience in mental health and learning disabilities? Pulse is recruiting for a Locum Psychologist to work across three specialist residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge, and associated complex needs. This is a part-time opportunity (2 days per week) to join a well-established multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and contribute to person-centred care in a social care setting.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>As a Locum Psychologist, <strong>you will</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide psychological input across three (local) residential services</li>
<li>Deliver specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the MDT to support care planning and risk management.</li>
<li>Contribute to service users’ wellbeing through evidence-based approaches.</li>
<li>Support staff teams with psychologically informed strategies and consultation.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development.</li>

<h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<p>We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:</p>

<li>HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist</li>
<li>Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mental health and behavioural support</li>
<li>Ability to work across multiple sites and collaborate with MDTs</li>
<li>Excellent communication and formulation skills</li>
</ul>
