<p>Are you a Band 8b Clinical Psychologist with experience in secure settings? We’re recruiting for a temporary role supporting adult men with complex mental health conditions at a specialist site in Birmingham. This is a brilliant opportunity to work flexibly (minimum 3 days per week) in a low secure ward, delivering impactful psychological care in a well-supported environment. The role offers competitive rates and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a service focused on recovery and rehabilitation.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>In this role, <strong>you</strong> will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for men with complex mental health needs.</li>
<li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support care planning, formulation, and risk management.</li>
<li>Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs.</li>
<li>Offer consultation and supervision to colleagues where appropriate.</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives.</li>

<h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<p>We welcome applications from Clinical Psychologists who:</p>
<ul>
<li>Are HCPC registered</li>
<li>Have experience working in secure or forensic settings, ideally with male patients</li>
<li>Are confident in delivering psychological interventions in complex environments</li>
<li>Can work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team</li>
</ul>
