Job Description

<p>Deliver tailored treatments and interventions within your field of therapy to enhance the mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being of clients. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to referrals and conduct assessments to design effective therapy programmes.</li>
<li>Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring interventions align with client needs and therapy plans.</li>
<li>Manage a caseload within agreed timescales, maintaining regular communication with clients and clinical teams.</li>
<li>Keep accurate, up-to-date records including case notes, reports, and digital systems; share relevant information during MDT meetings.</li>
<li>Provide psychotherapeutic advice and guidance to colleagues, and contribute to research and audit through data analysis.</li>
<li>Implement evidence-based methods and continuously evaluate and improve therapy techniques.</li>
