The college supports approximately 230 young people aged 16–25 with moderate to profound learning difficulties and complex needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). All students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and the college is supported by Hearing Impairment (HI) and Visual Impairment (VI) services.</p> <p data-start="1080" data-end="1422">This role focuses on enabling students to develop essential communication skills that will support them in achieving greater independence, pursuing employment, and participating meaningfully in their communities after college.
