<li>Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment with precision.</li>

<li>Valid NMC or HCPC registration (for anaesthetic and scrub roles).</li>
<li> Minimum of 6 months recent experience in theatre settings (scrub and anaesthetics roles).</li>
<li>Proven experience in theatre anaesthesia and/or scrub nursing.</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li>
<li>Right to work within the UK – proof will be required.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick, informed decisions.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.</li>
