Job Description
We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage case files in our Case Management System (Casekeeper) and keep records organized.
• Track client medical treatment and coordinate with providers to obtain records and billing.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and review documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations.
• Gather evidence such as police reports, photos, and supporting documentation.
• Provide regular updates to clients and support them through the claims process.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in personal injury pre-litigation (preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical billing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• English Proficiency: Advanced
• Proficiency with Casekeeper, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
