Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing and communications across 50+ locations in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Oregon, and New Mexico. This role suits a versatile professional who enjoys balancing technical, creative, and analytical work, and can handle detailed and sometimes repetitive tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: • Build, expand, and optimize website, city, and sub-city service pages for improved local visibility and organic SEO performance. • Audit and update website pages for structure, clarity, local relevance, and SEO enhancement. • Perform WordPress maintenance including content edits, page creation, formatting, and routine updates. • Conduct competitor, market, and industry research to uncover new content and marketing opportunities. • Assist with digital marketing campaigns such as PPC and paid social. • Support website redesign efforts including content reorganization, tone alignment, migration, and post-launch tasks. • Create and update marketing materials like flyers, one-pagers, digital graphics, and branch-ready assets adhering to brand guidelines. • Support marketing operations covering campaign execution, reporting, data organization, quality assurance, uploads, and documentation. • Assist in analytics and performance tracking using GA4 and Google Search Console. • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital content, campaigns, and operational priorities. Requirements: Education: • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, web design, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: • 3–5 years in corporate marketing, preferably in multi-location companies. • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS. • Strong SEO/GEO knowledge including metadata, keywords, tagging standards, and AI/GEO trends. • Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console. • Ability to create graphic assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
