Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrator plays a vital support role within the Marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and accurate reporting across internal and external marketing and leadership teams. This role combines administrative precision with marketing coordination, helping drive organization to ensure lead generation, brand visibility, and team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining compliance with company processes, and supporting both field and management teams.
Essential Functions/Physical Requirements of Job:
· Maintain and organize marketing schedules, deadlines, and special projects
· Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on leads, team performance, and marketing metrics.
· Assist in executing company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
· Collect, review, and input daily and weekly lead data into CRM or tracking systems.
· Compile performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as demos, cancellations, and close rates.
· Organize and distribute marketing assets to internal and external teams
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on lead generation programs
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or sales support experience (preferred in field or retail marketing).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently while supporting the F2F Director and the teams.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Computer Operations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications used in the performance of job duties.
