You’ll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.</p></div><h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Glean is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Enablement Manager to join our Sales team covering our Strategic segment in our Americas Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven enablement strategies that drive performance, efficiency, and productivity within our Strategic Sales team and will need to have a strong collaborative mindset. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You will: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for our Strategic Sales teams in partnership with our other Field Enablement Managers, including continuous learning, skills assessments, and coaching.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with sales leadership to create training that aligns with the sales competencies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the GTM Onboarding Enablement function on introducing any Strategic-specific onboarding content for new hires, ensuring they are conversation-ready by day 30 and fully ramped by day 90.
