This person will lead Glean’s modern, AI‑forward onboarding experience that ramps new hires across pre-sales, sales and post-sales to productivity quickly and predictably. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will be responsible for managing a cohesive, role and segment‑based onboarding journey from Day 1 through full ramp.
