As a Sourcer, you will play a key role in driving efforts to identify and engage top talent across both Engineering and Non-Engineering roles. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and other teams to enhance our recruiting process, technical interviews, and overall candidate experience. In this role, you’ll have tremendous growth potential—expanding into full-cycle recruiting and other areas that align with your interests within the company.
