<p> </p></div><p>We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join Odeko! As an Operations Manager, you will impact operational efficiency by driving workflows, supporting performance coaching, and maintaining accountability across warehouse functions.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Operational Execution Team Oversight</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Direct daily activities across Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching to meet fulfillment timelines</li>
<li>Own the shift’s execution plan, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reallocating resources as needed</li>
<li>Supervise and coach Ops Leads and hourly associates to drive productivity and performance</li>
<li>Support daily huddles, shift handoffs, and on-floor issue resolution</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Train, mentor, and provide real-time coaching to warehouse team members</li>
<li>Support new hire onboarding, cross-training, and performance development</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and operational excellence</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Process Quality Control</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed and help drive adherence to quality standards</li>
<li>Monitor fulfillment accuracy and partner with site leadership on process improvements</li>
<li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Site Support Escalation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the point of contact for floor-level issues and escalate appropriately to Site Lead </li>
<li>Communicate progress and blockers clearly across shifts and to leadership</li>
<li>Support warehouse tools and systems (e.g., Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Shipstation)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and motivate hourly teams in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with WMS systems, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatching</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/move for an entire shift</li>
</ul>
