By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI.</p></div><h3><strong>What is The Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a Technical Content Program Specialist to own the strategy and execution of technical, product‑led content that drive awareness, trials and conversion across Elastic Cloud channels.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and external partners and customers to deliver high‑impact technical content aligned with product priorities, developer needs, and growth objectives. You will orchestrate complex content programs end‑to‑end, from ideation through production, distribution, and optimization.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <p><strong>Content program ownership and execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and scale use‑case‑driven technical content programs that support product discovery, trial, onboarding, and adoption</li> <li>Own the end‑to‑end creation and publication of technical content for PLG (product led growth)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Content development and production</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze customer use cases, define topics, develop content roadmap and production calendar.</li> <li>Produce product demos, tutorials, and walkthroughs by coordinating Product Marketing, Product, third‑party developer writers, freelancers, production and agencies.</li> <li>Own the creation and delivery of technical blogs, technical customer stories, Marketplace webinars for developers, startups, and SMBs, pre‑trial product demos, onboarding tutorials and feature demos and Competitive technical content.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality, optimization, and measurement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content formats and channels</li> <li>Track content performance and optimize programs based on engagement, adoption, and conversion.</li> <li>Apply a data‑informed approach to content strategy and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross‑functional collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Product Marketing, engineering and other internal stakeholders to align content with roadmap priorities</li> <li>Manage multiple internal and external contributors to deliver content at scale</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Technical background in databases, analytics, search technology, or DevOps</li> <li>Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience</li> <li>Experience creating technical content</li> <li>Experience managing technical content programs</li> <li>Experience working with developer audiences</li> <li>Experience with cloud-based SaaS products</li> <li>Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and production workflows</li> <li>Experience using performance metrics to optimize content</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People</strong></h2> <p>As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
