We’d love for you to join us!</p> <p><strong>The Impact You’ll Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of recruiters, focusing on hiring for positions up to the Senior Director level</li> <li>Occasionally manage searches yourself, typically for Director+ roles.</li> <li>Partner with advise C-level leaders in Product and Engineering on hiring strategies</li> <li>Influence decision-making, processes, and outcomes using data and metrics.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for the team or business group.</li> <li>Drive team-wide projects/programs and contribute to refining and improving recruitment processes, tools, resources, and strategies.</li> <li>Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that ensures each team member feels that they belong.</li> <li>Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other cross-functional partners.</li> <li>Oversee the creation of hiring strategies for roles and profiles, ensuring fair and consistent structured interviews.</li> <li>Lead complex offer negotiations, providing guidance on compensation and benefits.</li> <li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines, utilizing multiple channels for sourcing, conducting market research, and leading collaborative sourcing efforts.</li> <li>Ensure a healthy, representative pipeline across all roles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years in a people-management role, preferably in-house at product-led tech companies.</li> <li>Proven experience in executing high levels of productivity and developing high-performing recruiting teams.</li> <li>Highly emotionally intelligent, with the demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team that has a collaborative, empathetic, and high-performance culture.</li> <li>Excellent communication, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience driving sourcing and recruitment strategies as well as process and tool optimization.</li> <li>Familiarity with a variety of ATS and other recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse and Ashby is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-To-Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the FinTech or Payments space.</li> <li>Experience in leading remote teams.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Typical Process</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Application Submission</li> <li>Hiring manager video call</li> <li>Virtual “Onsite” consisting of up to five 45 minute calls</li> <li>Finalist Interview</li> <li>Offer!</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></h2> <p>Marqeta is a Flex First company which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office.
