This role ensures partner SEs are technically qualified, consistently enabled, and capable of independently driving pre-sales, POCs, and demonstrations that deliver predictable business outcomes.</li> <li>The role acts as a force multiplier for the direct SE organization, serving as the technical backbone of the partner ecosystem and a trusted escalation point for complex partner-led engagements.</li> <li><em>Note: The partners referred to in this JD are a focused partner list defined by the Channel Business Manager and Sales Leaders. This Channel SE role expects to support focused Partners and Distributors in the region. </em></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner Education and Technical Enabelment</li> <li>Qualify partner technical resources before investing in enablement, ensuring the right baseline skills and technical commitment.</li> <li>Own and maintain a structured enablement tracker for all partner SEs, including skill levels, certifications, and progression plans.</li> <li>Design, guide, and support partners in building Centers of Excellence (CoE) labs on the SentinelOne technology platform.</li> <li>Uplift partner SE demo capabilities, ensuring confident, end-to-end platform demonstrations mapped to real customer use cases (PSE should co-own with Account SE on complex customer-facing engagement).</li> <li>Enable partner SEs on core platform workflows, integrations, and operational best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Engagement Weekly Cadence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run weekly cadence calls with distributor SEs and Tier-1 partners covering:</li> <ul> <li>Product updates and roadmap highlights</li> <li>Partner-driven POCs tracking<strong> </strong>and deal progression</li> <li>Technical Challenges </li> </ul> <li>Lead recurring ThreatOps and “Tech Friday” enablement sessions for partner SEs across the region.</li> <li>Deliver hands-on technical workshops, deep dives, and use-case-driven sessions to continuously uplift partner capability.</li> </ul> <p><strong> Cross-Functional Collaboration Coverage Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Account Managers and Direct SEs to align the right partner SE resources to specific opportunities.</li> <li>Map and manage the technical resource chain across partner organizations to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and coverage.</li> <li>Ensure partner technical engagements align with SentinelOne Channel-focused partners, as defined by the Channel business manager and sales leaders.</li> <li>Provide structured feedback to internal teams on partner readiness, skill gaps, and enablement priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong> Success Metrics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Increased partner-led technical independence across demos, POCs, </li> <li>Improved quality, velocity, and conversion of partner-driven opportunities.</li> <li>Reduction in escalations caused by partner technical skill gaps.</li> <li>Measurable improvement in partner SE enablement scores and certification coverage.</li> <li>Strong partner satisfaction and trust in SentinelOne’s technical leadership.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What skills and knowledge should you ...
