We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are excited by the prospect of building impactful zero-to-one products. If you are passionate about high-performance backend services and want to solve complex scalability challenges in a fast-paced environment, let's build the future of security together.</p> <h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain scalable data processing pipelines that handle large volumes of data from different Cloud Identity Providers.</li> <li>Implement real-time analytics and monitoring features using modern software engineering practices</li> <li>Work with cloud-native microservices and APIs that integrate with major Cloud Identity Providers</li> <li>Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for distributed systems</li> <li>Write comprehensive tests for all code changes, ensuring reliability and maintainability</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development practices</li> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-focused solutions</li> <li>Conduct performance and scale testing to optimize system efficiency</li> <li>Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of software engineering experience with focus on backend development, distributed systems, or data processing</li> <li>Demonstrated commitment to code quality and testing practices throughout your career</li> <li>Experience that shows you care about the craft of software engineering</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or similar programming languages with understanding of software engineering best practices</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)</li> <li>Basic understanding of database technologies including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)</li> <li>Understanding of data formats and protocols commonly used in enterprise systems (JSON, REST APIs, message queues)</li> <li>Strong belief in testing—you write tests even when you have the freedom to skip them</li> <li>Bias toward simplicity and maintainability in software design</li> <li>Interest in performance and scale testing; you enjoy tuning systems for maximum efficiency</li> <li>Passion for craftsmanship in code quality and attention to detail</li> <li>Commitment to continuous learning and improvement</li> <li>Good communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment</li> <li>Experience with or interest in pair programming and extreme programming practices</li> <li>Fluency in English with good written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Eagerness to learn from senior engineers and contribute to team success</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution</li> <li>Personal projects demonstrating passion for databases, distributed systems, or performance optimization</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why Us? </strong></h3> <p>You will be joining a cutting-edge c ...
