To help us achieve that, we’re seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for a new key role that will drive this transformation and define the next generation of our platform.</p> <ul> <li>This is a high-impact role, where you’ll undertake an ambitious initiative to design and implement secure, scalable, reliable Developer Platform APIs built using modern technologies and approaches. This Developer Platform sits on top of our Infrastructure Platform, and its APIs must provide both a unified, customer-friendly developer experience and internal infrastructure service protection.</li> <li>You’ll need strong experience with Developer Platform fundamentals, including designing and developing infrastructure platform services that enable scalability, efficiency, and ease of use for internal developers. You should also bring deep proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools at a large scale, as this role will shape how services are built, deployed, and managed across SentinelOne.</li> <li>Strong ownership – In this role, you will work with multiple engineering and PM leaders and teams across the SentinelOne engineering organization on this re-architecture. Lead the design and development of a new architecture that supports scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.</li> <li>Modernize the Stack: Collaborate with teams to evaluate and implement the right tools, frameworks, and methodologies for building a robust, user-centric developer platform.</li> <li>Hands-on Development: Write high-quality, production-ready code.</li> <li>Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor other engineers, contribute to their professional growth, share best practices and architectural insights, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
