You will combine deep technical expertise with engaging instructional delivery to help customers and partners maximize the value of SentinelOne’s cybersecurity solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on technical knowledge, instructional design, and customer enablement.</p> <h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deliver live and virtual technical training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on SentinelOne’s product portfolio, providing technical insight to shape training strategy and content.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of e-learning courses, labs, and certifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.</li> <li>Collaborate with content developers, instructional designers, and product teams to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible, high-impact training.</li> <li>Continuously update training materials to reflect new product releases, best practices, and threat landscapes.</li> <li>Mentor and support other trainers, partners, and instructors in train-the-trainer (T3) programs.</li> <li>Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to improve product usability and learning outcomes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What skills and knowledge should you bring?</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in technical training, consulting, or enablement in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields.</li> <li>Proven experience with SentinelOne or similar technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity protection, cloud security).</li> <li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging technical and executive audiences.</li> <li>Experience creating asynchronous training content (recorded modules, labs, guides, or simulations).</li> <li>Solid understanding of cybersecurity operations and threat detection/response workflows.</li> <li>Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable learning for diverse audiences.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>SentinelOne product expertise or industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH).</li> <li>Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, etc.).</li> <li>Prior experience delivering training to global, diverse audiences across time zones.</li> <li>Background in curriculum development and instructional design methodologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT infrastructures.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What sets you apart</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You are equally comfortable teaching in front of a classroom, building labs, or recording e-learning content.</li> <li>You see yourself as both a teacher and practitioner, bridging the gap between theory and practical application.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why us? </strong></h3> <p>You will work on real-world problems and make an impact by protecting our customers from cyber threats.
