If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.</p></div><div><strong>What Are We Looking For?<br></strong><br>SentinelOne is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer (SE) to support the growth of our MSSP partner business across North America. This role is critical in driving adoption, building strong partner relationships, and evangelizing our solutions across the Americas. As a seasoned SE, you will focus on enabling the MSSP ecosystem, positioning and integrating SentinelOne’s technology within partner technical offerings, selling to the managed partner base, conducting demos, delivering technical training, Proof of Values, assisting partners with pre and post sales activities, and assisting with escalations. Your role will be responsible for managing our MSSP partners, while cultivating long-term relationships with partners, and the SentinelOne field and Product/Engineering teams.<br><br>The role requires excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, experience with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, and strategic partners along with strong familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM, and cloud technologies. You will help prospective and current partners understand the benefits of SentinelOne, explaining technical features and problem-solving any potential roadblocks all while building champions that will be equally as passionate about SentinelOne.<br>Our Partner SE team embodies the following four pillars - everything you will do revolves around these principles:</div>

<li><strong>Technical Sales Success</strong>: Drive technical success across the entire customer and partner journey</li>
<li><strong>Community Building</strong>: Own your franchise and build a network of trusted cohorts</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></div>
<ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li>Work with the Managed partner team to identify and qualify partnership opportunities, identify key partner technical objections, competition, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers and scale the partner sales business</li>
<li>Bring feedback from partners and end customers to product management to improve the SentinelOne’s solution</li>
<li>Drive follow-ups with partner resources to consistently deliver messaging how SentinelOne adds value to the partner and their customers.</li>
<li>Plan and create go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne partners and</li>
<li>Develop and execute technical training plans for partners.</li>
<li>Own the technical relationship with SentinelOne’s partners, and the coordination of additional technical resources.</li>
<li>Deliver demonstrations and work hands-on with partners to demonstrate SentinelOne’s value in the partner’s environment or solutions.</li>
<li>Be motivated by partner success and growing partner relationships</li>
