We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in <strong>Sydney </strong>to help us build and scale customer marketing programs across APJ, driving deeper customer engagement for customers in the region and giving them a platform to share their stories. This role blends regional program ownership with hands-on storytelling, focused on supporting customers while fueling Wiz’s growth in the region.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with customers, regional sales, customer success teams, and global marketing partners to drive meaningful programs that reflect the unique needs of APJ markets. This includes customer advocacy initiatives, executing our regional CAB and user group events. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong storytelling instincts, and operational excellence. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, recruit and engage customer champions across APJ to participate in advocacy opportunities, including case studies, quotes, videos, speaking engagements, and events, representing a diverse set of industries, segments, countries, and use cases.</li>
<li>Help execute regional customer programs such as Customer Advisory Boards and our user group program called, Wizdom Meetups. Delivering events that create opportunities for customers to learn from peers, share feedback, and connect with Wiz leaders.</li>
<li>Own and grow Wiz’s presence on peer review platforms across APJ, driving consistent, high-quality customer reviews and using these platforms to expand our reach into new markets.</li>
<li>Recruit, manage, and maintain a pool of APJ references, ready for sales, partner, analyst, and event opportunities.</li>
<li>Partner closely with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure advocacy efforts align with regional priorities and support our expanding APJ footprint.</li>
<li>Test and scale new customer storytelling formats and advocacy programs alongside the customer marketing team to build content that resonate with local markets and help teams tell the Wiz story in an authentic way.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.</li>
