This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that helps ensure flawless delivery of field programs and events that drive pipeline, influence deals, and support customer growth.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with regional Field Marketing and the Global Marketing Operations team to manage logistics, procurement, and process compliance, while keeping programs running smoothly and efficiently.</p> <p><span data-contrast="none">We are focused on candidates located in Sydney.</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support execution of field marketing programs and events across the region, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.</li> <li>Localise and activate <strong>global campaigns</strong> to resonate with regional audiences</li> <li>Manage procurement, legal and purchasing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely vendor payments.</li> <li>Coordinate with the global marketing and operations teams to track and manage regional <strong>SWAG, stock levels, and merchandise logistics</strong>.</li> <li>Provide operational support for event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipments, venue communication, and lead capture setup.</li> <li>Partner with digital, BDR, and campaign teams to ensure <strong>lead list uploads, follow-up processes, and pre/post-event comms</strong> are executed effectively.</li> <li>Support reporting and measurement of key marketing activities and event performance metrics.</li> <li>Maintain an organized system for regional event calendars, assets, and post-event documentation.</li> <li>Gather field feedback to continuously improve messaging, programs, and customer experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations (B2B or tech industry experience preferred).</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.</li> <li>A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>A “get-it-done” attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.</li> </ul><div ...
