Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow the best companies to move faster. </span></p></div><p><strong>SUMMARY </strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Strategy Planning Manager to lead the execution of the cross-functional programs designed to enhance operational maturity across GTM teams. In this role, you will report to the Manager, GTM Strategy Planning and focus on leading strategic programs and operationalizing company-wide global initiatives.</p> <p>You’ll partner with the Wiz teams to:</p> <ul> <li>define clear business requirements, program milestones and success metrics.</li> <li>recommend the best path forward and ensure alignment with key business priorities.</li> <li>design and build solutions to accelerate GTM teams efficiency and productivity</li> <li>drive successful program implementation and on-time delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the Program Manager for the strategic GTM initiatives and collaborate with the Wiz post-sales teams including Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services and Support.</li> <li>Translate exec vision into actionable program plans: gather and define business requirements, key milestones, risks and dependencies.</li> <li>Drive the execution of the cross-functional projects and programs, coordinate business readiness and technical delivery. </li> <li>Own projects, programs and roadmap to address critical tooling and process gaps. Identify business needs and priorities, leverage AI and automations to build solutions which will help drive efficiency and support rapid business growth. </li> <li>Create and maintain documentation and workflows for all owned programs.</li> <li>Partner with the senior leadership and internal stakeholders, provide analytics and reporting to program success metrics across their critical initiatives. </li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of demonstrated program or project management experience and with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.</li> <li>Proven ability to translate exec vision and business needs into clear business requirement documents and program plans.</li> <li>Experience in managing large, ambiguous projects that required both critical thinking and tactical execution.</li> <li>A strategic thinker with a bias for action and a detail-oriented mindset.
