Care Navigation Guide

This requires regular engagement with our network providers to ensure that we are providing the most optimal options to our members.</p> <p>You will report into the Care Navigation Team Lead.</p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong>This is a remote role.<strong> </strong>You must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.<strong> </strong>Oscar is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission. #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>he set pay rate for this role is $19.00 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Outreach providers and facilities in an effort to provide relevant, refined and impactful personalized options that address the members' specific care requests while staying within SLA and meeting access standards.</li> <li>Lean on and collaborate with RNs for support on complex cases in order to effectively route care</li> <li>Discover and communicate trends to your leadership in order to improve processes and the member experience.</li> <li>Effectively utilize all resources to navigate complex cases.</li> <li>Confirm and update provider data.</li> <li>Properly document tickets.</li> <li>Stay current on all information, updates, processes, and workflows.</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience with care coordination and navigation in a healthcare setting</li> <li>1+ years of experience utilizing a Chromebook and Google Workspace</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a collaborative environment</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
