<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>The Manager, Workday Reporting will own the People department's Workday reporting solutions and inform the larger Data Governance strategy This will be done through co-creation with our stakeholders and technical expertise.</p>
<p>You will report into the Senior Director, People Technology Operations.</p>
<p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid</p>
<p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: $123,372 - $161,926 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work in partnership with leadership on the systems team to recommend solutions which inform the Department's use of Workday reporting and insights</li>
<li>Lead discovery discussions with stakeholders to document reporting requirements and trends.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday reporting features and functionalities</li>
<li>Execute monthly and quarterly leadership dashboards and presentations.</li>
<li>Identify and propose solutions which answer our stakeholder needs - often thinking outside of the box to solve problems using creative design and prototyping.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to optimize and automate the reporting process.</li>
<li>Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday dashboards tailored to the needs of our stakeholders across the People team and company.</li>
<li>Maintain WD reporting configuration to reduce tech debt - auditing, enhancing, and decommissioning existing dashboards/reports</li>
<li>Identify and introduce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality across the people systems landscape.</li>
<li>Establish data definitions and structures which reflect the company structure and stakeholder requirements.</li>
<li>Establish data quality audits to measure data integrity - partner with stakeholders to improve processes and WD design</li>
<li>Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks</li>
<li>Develop and facilitate stakeholder training sessions focused on data definitions, data quality, and usage of our current tools</li>
<li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 years of experience working with Workday reporting tools, data analysis, and data models</li>
<li>Experience with Workday Prism</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p>

<li>Workday reporting certification</li>
