<p>Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team.</p>

<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p><strong>This is a full time, employed role.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Hours of Operation</strong>:</p>
<p>Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm EST</p>
<p>Friday Saturday 8am - 6pm EST</p>
<ul>
<li>8hr or 10hr shifts</li>
<li>1 late day (working shift ending at 8p EST) is required per week</li>
<li>1 Saturday shift required per quarter</li>
</ul>
<p>You will deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and video. You will also serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers.</p>
<p>You will report into the Director, Virtual Health Assessment</p>

You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. <p><strong>Pay Transparency:</strong></p>
<p>The base pay for this role is: $188,000 - $246,750 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations</li>
<li>Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies</li>
<li>Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines</li>
<li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li>
<li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li>
<li><strong>Must</strong> be licensed in <strong>TN <span style="text-decoration: underline;">and</span> FL (full license, not telehealth)</strong></li>
<li>Active IMLCC or eligible to apply</li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor</span></li>
<li>3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.</li>
<li>Experience with value based care documentation standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of Telemedicine experience</li>
<li>Fluent in Spanish</li>
<li>Licenses in MO, AL, MS</li>
<li>Regulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)</li>
