<p>Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a Part-Time Physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team.</p>

<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>You will provide virtual based care to Oscar Health Insurance members within designated Oscar states. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients using audio, video, and written forms of communication</p>
<p>You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.</p>
<p><strong>Hours: </strong><span data-sheets-root="1">7a - 5p ET or 1p - 11p ET + 1 Saturday per month (20 hrs a week total)</span></p>

<p><strong>Pay Transparency:</strong></p>
<p>The base pay for this role is: $90 - $136 per hour. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting</li>
<li>Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed when working with complex patients</li>
<li>Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers as needed</li>
<li>Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics</li>
<li>Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable</li>
<li>Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands</li>
<li>Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features</li>
<li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MD/DO from accredited program</li>
<li>Board Certification (ER/FM/IM)</li>
<li>3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience</li>
<li>2+ years of experience delivering virtual care/telemedicine</li>
<li>Licensed in TX, TN, FL, GA, OH, NJ (must have three out of the six)</li>
<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor</span></li>
<li>Compact license from IMLCC or eligible for a compact license (hold a full, unrestricted medical license in a state that is a member of the Compact)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Able and willing to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA</li>
<li>Spanish fluency</li>
