We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth for the business by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will ensure that insurance brokers across our coverage area have the information and tools to effectively understand and sell our product.</p> <p>You will report into a Director, Sales.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong> This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in Iowa. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: $75,348.00 - $98,894.25 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and sales commissions.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.</li> <li>Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media</li> <li>Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our products/services.</li> <li>Drive sales efforts for the business by identifying and qualifying distribution partners (insurance brokers and agencies) and/or leads.</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.</li> <li>Representing our product in the market at events / conferences as needed, which may take place during evening and/or weekend hours</li> <li>Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback</li> <li>Identify areas where we can improve tools and processes </li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations </li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization </li> <li>2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain within the first 90 days</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Proficient in Salesforce</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel Required: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Up to 50%</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
