<p>The Anduril Imaging team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to give our war fighters and allies an advantage.</p>
<h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3>
<p>The Senior Production Manager role requires both frontline technical and people management skills, placing you at the forefront of fostering team development and overseeing day-to-day delivery operations for our complex hardware platforms. Success in this pivotal position demands consistent achievement across team management, operations, and financial goals, ensuring the delivery of world-class, mission-critical products.<br><strong><br>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-uuid="0f1458d9-28ee-49ab-8887-9d24e3b812bf"><strong>Lead Production Operations:</strong> Oversee the production of a product line, managing a team of talented technicians to ensure efficient production and delivery of imaging hardware.</li>
<li data-uuid="a25f4153-c06f-4787-8311-4754a5414d27"><strong>Drive Daily Production Goals:</strong> Strategically manage a production plan which solves for the desired production performance outcomes. Tactically direct daily operations to meet target on-time delivery goals.</li>
<li data-uuid="5553e6cc-7b5e-4ec6-a7a0-39c82de5882e"><strong>Champion</strong><strong> Quality Safety:</strong> Ensure quality and safety standards are followed, minimizing defects and fostering a safe working environment.</li>
<li data-uuid="352d361f-3e25-49f0-af9b-5bd882959564"><strong>Develop Mentor Talent:</strong> Actively coach, mentor, and support production technicians, fostering professional growth and cross-training within the team.</li>
<li data-uuid="7cb7605a-cba5-4d9c-b769-6976e3ab93b7"><strong>Lead Continuous Improvement:</strong> Implement 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.</li>
<li data-uuid="e3d75bdc-1aab-4ad3-b97c-23b277b38714"><strong>Strategic Communication:</strong> Effectively communicate priorities, production progress, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.</li>

<h4><br><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li data-uuid="9526a7ae-eeb5-4cdc-a63c-b407834b617e">7+ years experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production, with 3+ years in a senior production management role.</li>
<li data-uuid="ece43be1-af02-43cf-8238-2e0e3d7cd319">Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems, coupled with a deep understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs).</li>
<li data-uuid="94b3c5f4-41bb-4166-b7f4-14a44b0a264a">Ability to interpret complex technical documentation (drawings, schematics, WIs) and troubleshoot processes and equipment.</li>
<li data-uuid="083e5a43-3191-410f-a271-9602c71e8200">Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship.</li>
