<p>Bridge, a Stripe company, is a rapidly growing business and the number of developers integrating our APIs is growing quickly. We partner with developers to understand their use cases and guide them in integrating with our APIs. We’re a small but mighty team that’s expanding global coverage and is looking to make our first Activation Specialists hires in Mexico City.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<p>In this role, you’ll work directly with developers as they integrate with Bridge APIs, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them go live successfully. You’ll play a key role in resolving early-stage technical challenges, ensuring a smooth activation experience, and accelerating time-to-value for our customers.</p>
<p>As an Activation Specialist, you’ll collaborate across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to unblock customers, improve onboarding workflows, and ensure high-quality handoffs. Beyond day-to-day activation support, you’ll contribute to the growth of our onboarding operation- enhancing areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, tooling, metrics, and reporting. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with developers, and improving processes at scale.</p>

<li>Specialized experts: Activation specialists provide experience helping customers integrate Bridge technology in various use cases</li>
<li>Project management consists of a kick off call, regular check-ins, Slack QA to help unblock your team. </li>
<li>Product workshops and training for Bridge’s dashboard</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proactively providing technical guidance and support to users during their onboarding journey with Bridge.</li>
<li>Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kick off calls to users. </li>
<li>Provide light touch project management for ongoing Bridge implementations and timely escalate any delays with planned go-live dates.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.</li>
<li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address user queries and concerns.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.</li>
<li>Anticipating and addressing potential technical challenges during the onboarding process. Proactively propose improvements.</li>
<li>Offering guidance on best practices, product features, and account setup to ensure user success.</li>
<li>Continuously updating knowledge of Bridge’s products, features, and updates.</li>
<li>Escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution.</li>
<li>Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience for users.</li>
<li>Contributing to the improvement of onboarding processes and documentation.</li>
