We are seeking a <strong>Senior Director of Product Management</strong> to lead our Member organization. This leader will be a catalyst for our consumer product suite, overseeing a portfolio of nascent and scaling initiatives that define how members interact with SoFi globally. You will be responsible for turning ambiguous spaces into exceptional, world-class products at scale.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Develop Strategy:</strong> Provide vision and direction for multiple strategic focus areas (AI, Loyalty, International) that impact the overall performance of the Department.</li> <li><strong>Lead through Leaders:</strong> Manage through other senior managers and directors to attract, develop, and export talent via deliberate coaching and succession planning.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Integration:</strong> Lead complex negotiations and strategic conversations with senior leadership and external stakeholders to forge alignment on high-impact decisions.</li> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Make final decisions on implementation and ensure operational effectiveness across all member feature workstreams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 12+ years of product management experience, including significant time in high-growth technology environments. </li> <li><strong>Education:</strong></li> <ul> <li><strong>Undergraduate Degree:</strong> Required in a technical or analytical discipline, such as <strong>Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Systems/Industrial Engineering</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Degree:</strong> MBA preferred</li> </ul> <li><strong>Technical Adeptness:</strong> Comprehensive understanding of overall company and competitive environments, specifically in Consumer AI, Platforms, or International expansion.</li> <li><strong>Proven Leadership:</strong> Exceptional track record of managing large-scale consumer platforms (millions of users) while fostering a culture of technical excellence.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Influence:</strong> Ability to reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results in a highly regulated environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div class="gmail_default">The base pay range for this role is listed below.
