We are seeking an <strong>Endpoint Engineer</strong> to design, deploy, and support endpoint solutions across our manufacturing environments. This role ensures that endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and factory stations) are secure, reliable, and optimized for mission-critical operations. You’ll work at the intersection of IT and OT, supporting the deployment of tools and services that enable production at scale.</p> <h3>WHAT YOU"LL DO:</h3> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace One, IGEL, Jamf Pro) to support enterprise and factory line environments.</li> <li>Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints.</li> <li>Ensure endpoint devices used on the manufacturing floor meet compliance, security, and performance standards.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, escalating to infrastructure or network teams as needed.</li> <li>Partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Manufacturing Operations to deploy tools and applications reliably.</li> <li>Monitor endpoint health, performance, and utilization, producing reports and recommending improvements.</li> <li>Contribute to endpoint security policies, access controls, and device hardening strategies.</li> <li>Document endpoint configurations, processes, and support guides for IT and operations staff.</li> <li>Stay current with endpoint management trends, automation practices, and security best practices.</li> </ul> <h3>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>3–5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Client Platform Engineer.</li> <li>Proven expertise with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Workspace One, Jamf Pro, or similar).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and endpoint deployment processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, compliance frameworks, and device hardening.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise or factory environments.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, OT, and operations teams.</li> <li>Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for endpoint management.</li> <li>Eligible to obtain a security clearance.</li> </ul> <h3>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</h3> <ul> <li>Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Jamf Certified (200+), or equivalent.</li> <li>Experience with setting up factory style kiosk machines.</li> <li>Exposure to OT/manufacturing line endpoints and integration with production systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with hybrid or cloud-based endpoint management solutions (Entra ID, Intune, etc.).</li> <li>Experience with virtual desktop technologies, especially AWS or Azure hosted.</li> <li>Experience with mobile technologies including iPads and Android based Z ...
