Our mission is to safeguard Anduril's people, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions that encompass proactive risk management, crisis preparedness, actionable threat intelligence, thorough investigations, executive protection, and 24/7 global monitoring. We are committed to anticipating and mitigating risks, responding immediately to incidents, and fostering a resilient security culture that enables Anduril to innovate and operate confidently in a dynamic global environment.</p> <h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3> <p>As Anduril continues to grow and tackle complex government and defense missions, we are seeking a dedicated <strong>Regional Physical Security Manager</strong>. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and enhancing our physical security posture across a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will be responsible for the day-to-day physical security management of our sites within the AOR, ensuring the effective oversight of our contracted guard forces, conducting comprehensive physical security assessments, and providing critical crisis management support for our facilities. This role is ideal for a seasoned and proactive security professional ready to lead and develop robust physical security programs that protect Anduril's vital interests.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT</strong> YOU’LL <strong>DO</strong></h4> <p><strong>Oversight of Guard Force Operations:</strong> Manage and direct the performance of contracted security guard forces within your AOR, ensuring adherence to global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<br><br><strong>Day-to-Day Site Security Management:</strong> Act as the primary physical security manager for all sites within your designated Area of Responsibility (AOR), implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.<br><br><strong>Crisis Management Support:</strong> Provide essential crisis management support for sites within your AOR, collaborating with the broader Security Operations team to ensure effective response to incidents.<br><br><strong>Physical Security Assessments:</strong> Conduct regular and thorough physical security assessments of all facilities within your AOR to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate existing security measures, and recommend improvements.<br><br><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Manage regional security budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate financial reporting.<br><br><strong>Performance Management:</strong> Oversee the performance of contracted guard forces, conducting regular reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and Anduril's security standards.<br><br><strong>Risk Mitigation:</strong> Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified physical security risks, including access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and asset protection.<br><br><strong>Incident Response:</strong> Lead and/or support the response to physical security incidents, ensu ...
