Highly skilled in data-driven decision-making, the Operations Lead serves as the in-store advocate for retail inventory, proactively resolving challenges and eliminating roadblocks. This role sets the standard for operational excellence, driving profitability by optimizing back-of-house (BOH) organization and executing all inventory-related tasks with precision.
