</div></div><p>Reddit is seeking a Commerce Partner Manager to own and scale strategic commerce platform partnerships and the supporting commerce ecosystem.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for translating integrations into customer adoption, high-quality catalog and conversion signals, and incremental advertiser growth from commerce channels. You will operationalize platform partnerships end-to-end while working with ecosystem partners (feed management, onboarding, agencies, commerce tooling) to ensure customers can successfully activate and scale on Reddit.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Director of 3rd Party Partnerships, you will help define how commerce platforms and ecosystem partners contribute to Reddit’s advertiser acquisition and lower-funnel strategy.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own Commerce Platforms Ecosystem Partners: </strong>Manage core commerce platform relationships (Shopify, WooCommerce) alongside key ecosystem partners that support customer activation, feeds, onboarding, and performance workflows.</li>
<li><strong>Drive Product Adoption MAA Growth:</strong> Increase activation of Reddit Ads and Dynamic Product Ads through partner integrations; improve time-to-first-ad, catalog coverage, and conversion signal quality.</li>
<li><strong>Operationalize Commerce GTM: </strong>Build repeatable GTM motions across platforms and ecosystem partners - enablement, incentives, co-marketing, and activation programs that scale advertiser growth.</li>
<li><strong>Influence Integration Product Roadmap: </strong>Partner with Product and Engineering to improve APIs and workflows across catalog ingestion, pixel/CAPI, feeds, onboarding, and reporting surfaces.</li>
<li><strong>Partner with Sales Product Adoption Teams: </strong>Identify priority customers, support activation strategies, and create scalable playbooks that enable mid-market and long-tail customer growth.</li>
<li><strong>Define and Run Commerce KPIs: </strong>Track performance across active customers, MAA contribution, catalog health, signal coverage, activation speed, and revenue impact.</li>
<li><strong>Represent the Commerce Partner Voice: </strong>Manage escalations, ensure privacy and compliance alignment, and surface ecosystem insights to inform Reddit’s commerce strategy.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6–8 years in commerce partnerships, platform ecosystems, or e-commerce</li>
<li>Experience working with commerce platforms and supporting ecosystem vendors (feeds, onboarding, attribution, agencies, tooling)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of catalog feeds, conversion APIs, pixel/CAPI, and DPA workflows</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive revenue and product adoption through integrations</li>
<li>Cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Science</li>
