Senior Analyst - Procure to Pay

<p>We’re hiring a Senior AP Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and takes ownership of resolving issues end-to-end. You’ll go beyond processing invoices — acting as a problem-solver, business partner, and quality champion across the invoice-to-pay lifecycle.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Process PO and Non-PO invoices with high accuracy and within SLA</li><li>Proactively resolve missing PO, insufficient funds, pricing mismatches, and approval delays</li><li>Own complex cases end-to-end, coordinating with business, procurement, FP&amp;A, and vendors</li><li>Partner with business teams to unblock approvals and prevent aging</li><li>Support global payment cycles and assist with wire return investigations</li><li>Ensure tax compliance documentation (W8/W9) and audit readiness</li><li>Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and process improvements</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for AP tools (ERP, OCR, ticketing systems, portals)</li><li>Support month-end close activities and audit requests</li><li>Contribute to AP metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul> <ul><li>6–9+ years of AP experience in a mid-to-large global organization</li><li>Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, 2-way / 3-way match, and accrual concepts</li><li>Experience with ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and invoice automation tools</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and ownership</li><li>Process improvement mindset and strong attention to detail</li></ul> <div sr-tagline=""></div><p>At Freshworks, we have fostered an environment that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion, welcoming colleagues of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and ethnicities.
