Drive the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for large-scale, distributed applications.</p></li><li><p><strong>End-to-End Ownership:</strong> Lead end-to-end component building (from database schema and backend microservices to frontend delivery) ensuring seamless integration and performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>System Resilience &amp; Optimization:</strong> Proactively identify bottlenecks, failure points, and performance issues across the entire stack. Implement solutions for fault tolerance, high availability, and disaster recovery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering leaders to gather functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring technical roadmaps align with business goals.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mentorship &amp; Culture:</strong> Champion a culture of continuous improvement. Mentor mid-level and senior engineers, guiding them through complex technical deep dives and architectural decisions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Best Practices:</strong> Establish, maintain, and advocate for engineering best practices, including SOLID design principles, advanced testing strategies, and efficient CI/CD integrations.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Advanced System Design:</strong> Deep expertise in building distributed systems, Large-scale Apps, and complex API/database schema designs. Mastery of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).</p></li><li><p><strong>Core Engineering &amp; Problem Solving:</strong> Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
