Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is distinguished in that you will own Sales Operations for one of our product specialist teams, driving consistency and repeatability in our processes. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of this solution group and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations. If you are passionate about unlocking new opportunities and driving important growth levers, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What you'll Do Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement. Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results. Determine key performance indicators and track progress towards sales targets. Conduct analysis on solution performance and partner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals. What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant sales operations role. Outstanding ability to drive consistency, repeatability, and efficiency in sales processes. Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong AI proficiency. MBA preferred, but not required.
