Join us! What You'll Do You and your team will focus on building the modern entry-point into the AEM systems, merging both traditional use-cases and agentic flows. Work closely with other groups as well as product management to define and implement this platform as well as to integrate it with other services at Adobe. Evaluate the current architecture, determine risks and opportunities, and come up with proposal for mitigation and improvements. Use your outstanding technical skills to mentor junior members of the team. Research various technologies and define architectural improvements. Build prototypes or core features. Drive adoption of new technologies and contribute to continuous increase of technical knowledge across engineering teams. What you need to succeed You treat AI as a force-multiplier, you know when to trust an agent, when to stay in the loop, and how to build systems that remain safe and auditable. AI coding assistants: daily active use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as core engineering tools. Not just for autocomplete, but for full-feature development, code review, architecture exploration, and test generation Multi-agent orchestration: experience decomposing work across agents, managing agent-to-agent communication, tool calling, and using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar LLM API integration: Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini: streaming, function calling, structured outputs, and cost/latency management Nice to have: evaluation and testing, designing evals, measuring agent accuracy, catching regressions in LLM-powered features Technical skills: Passionate about computer science & developing software At least 5 years of practical experience developing products Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development (ES6+, React or similar frameworks) Proficiency in using AI tools for engineering tasks is considered a strong plus Experience building high-performance web applications with focus on user experience Experience in building and operating distributed and scalable web services (REST) Comfortable with full-stack development (frontend, backend APIs, databases, integrations, CI/CD, monitoring) Good understanding of OOP, design patterns and development principles and practices Being adaptable to a multifaceted environment, loves to experiment and prototype Very good problem solving skills, ability to deep-dive to find the root of the problem Show initiative and have a self-managed approach Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Good English language knowledge, both written and spoken Bonus skills: Experience with cloud services platforms such as AWS or Azure Knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot) At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
