Sr. Director, HR Business Partner

The Opportunity We are looking for a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner, to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the SVP, Adobe Unified Platform and leadership team. This role will shape people strategies aligned to business objectives, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences. What you'll Do Strategically partner with the SVP, Adobe Unified Platform and senior leadership in the organization Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business Implement optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale, drive agility, and accelerate product innovation Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires Lead Employee Experience for the teams your support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business Lead a team of HR Business Partners Partner effectively across Centers of Excellence in Employee Experience to drive business outcomes What you need to succeed 12+ years of HR Business Partnering in technology space at scale, or relevant leadership experience  Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution Strong leadership and influencing skills to challenge constructively Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency A burning passion to want to accomplish what most people might call "unreasonable expectations”  About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
