Adobe’s License Advisory team is part of the DME Sales Organization. Our mission is to help customers get the most value from their Adobe investments while ensuring responsible use of Adobe’s intellectual property. We work closely with sales teams to confirm customers maintain valid licenses and provide mentorship that drives success. This role is collaborative and impactful, engaging with customers across LATAM and spanning diverse industries—from media and financial services to education and the public sector. We are a multifunctional team offering compliance, risk consulting, and licensing expertise in cloud environments. The Opportunity Adobe’s License Advisory team is hiring a Program Manager to drive SMB License Advisory programs across LATAM. This role ensures smooth delivery of SMB-focused initiatives, manages vendor relationships, and leads all aspects of audit processes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with Adobe’s licensing strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate outsourced SMB License Advisory programs in LATAM, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Adobe’s objectives. Identify new opportunities and build a target account list. Assess licensing gaps, provide guidance, and support internal teams with software asset management best practices. Manage SMB audit processes end-to-end, including planning, execution, and closure of findings. Define key metrics and SLAs, and monitor vendor performance. Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams to align program goals with business priorities. Deliver dashboards and reports on program performance, audit outcomes, and risk mitigation. Champion compliance with Adobe policies and regional regulatory requirements. What you need to succeed Experience in similar roles is valuable; we welcome diverse career paths. Background in license compliance, anti-piracy, or contracts, ideally with a software vendor or Big 4 consulting firm. Solid intellectual property knowledge and hands-on software licensing experience. Deep understanding of software licensing models, EULAs, and enterprise agreements. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results effectively. Experience collaborating with multiple functional teams including sales, legal, solution consulting, and partners. Portuguese, Spanish, and English skills will help you succeed, but we value multilingual diversity.
