The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution with Adobe’s top Agency partners across EMEA. This role is critical to driving agency-led demand, influencing enterprise buying decisions, and strengthening Adobe’s presence within leading creative, media, digital, and experience agencies. This is a strategic regional role responsible for owning the EMEA agency partner marketing motion, while working in close partnership with Adobe’s Global Partner Marketing team that manages agency relationships. The role requires strong agency ecosystem knowledge, senior-level partner influence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed regional and global environment. What You’ll Do Own and execute the EMEA agency partner marketing strategy, aligned to Adobe’s regional GTM priorities and enterprise growth goals. Develop and manage joint marketing plans with Adobe’s top global and regional Agency partners, driving pipeline, influence, and customer acquisition across EMEA. Partner closely with the Global Partner Marketing team for Agencies to align on global strategy, priorities, messaging, and joint programs, ensuring effective regional activation in EMEA. Lead integrated co-marketing programs including ABM initiatives, demand generation, executive-level events, digital campaigns, and agency-led thought leadership. Define scalable agency marketing plays and frameworks that can be adopted across EMEA markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance. Collaborate closely with EMEA Partner Sales, Regional Marketing, Enterprise Sales, and Global teams to ensure alignment on priority accounts, industries, and initiatives. Act as the primary EMEA marketing contact in senior-level agency planning sessions, QBRs, and joint business reviews, in coordination with global counterparts. Own partner marketing investment planning across EMEA, including budget allocation, business case development, approvals, and ROI reporting. Work with agency partners to create clear joint value propositions, solution narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign toolkits that position Adobe as a strategic platform partner. Track, analyse, and report on program performance and partner contribution to pipeline, using insights to continuously optimise impact and scale. What You Need to Succeed Experience & Knowledge 7–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or strategic field marketing within enterprise technology or digital experience ecosystems. Strong experience working directly with agencies (creative, digital, media, CX, or transformation agencies), ideally across multiple EMEA markets. Proven track record of building and scaling integrated agency partner marketing programs in collaboration with global and regional teams. Experience managing regional marketing budgets, partner investments, and performance measurement frameworks. Background in SaaS, Martech, Digital Experience, or Enterprise Software environments is highly desirable. Skills Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across regional and global teams, as well as with senior agency leaders. Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and execution capability. Comfortable operating in a multi-country, matrixed organisation with complex dependencies. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Additional Requirements Preferred location: London (other major EMEA hubs may be considered).
