The Opportunity Adobe is building Graph, a new flagship AI product that defines how creators design, compose, and orchestrate intelligent workflows. Graph is Adobe’s AI node editor: a visual, extensible environment where models, tools, and creative intent come together to enable entirely new ways of building with AI. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Graph product organization. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Graph and serve as the product leader across a highly matrixed organization spanning engineering, AI research, design, user research, product marketing, and go to market teams. This role is a rare opportunity to shape a net new, AI first product at global scale. You will define what Graph is, who it is for, and how it becomes an essential creative surface for the next generation of artists, designers, and creative technologists! What you’ll do Define and own the long term product vision for Graph, articulating how creators design, iterate, and ship AI powered work. Lead the Graph product roadmap by identifying high impact opportunities, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and supporting end to end delivery. Build creator first workflows that feel powerful, expressive, and intuitive for artists, designers, and technical creatives. Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, user research, and platform teams to deliver a cohesive, scalable product experience. Translate complex AI systems and abstractions into clear, usable product experiences that work across a wide range of creator skill levels. Drive rapid iteration through prototyping, experimentation, and direct engagement with creators. Shape how Graph fits into Adobe’s broader AI platform strategy and Creative Cloud ecosystem. Share the product vision inside and outside Adobe, gathering feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to guide product direction. Build, lead, and mentor a high performing team of product managers by setting a high bar for product craft, ownership, and execution. What you'll need to succeed 10 or more years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, multi surface products. A deep understanding of AI node editors, AI image and video models, and AI node based workflows Proven experience building products for creators, artists, designers, or creative technologists. Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and influencing across engineering, design, research, and go to market teams. Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, zero to one ideas and turn them into shipped, scaled products. Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with comfort working at the intersection of UX, technical architecture, and AI capabilities. A builder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping. Strong communication skills and ability to align senior leaders and cross functional partners around a clear product narrative. Experience with AI powered products, developer platforms, or visual or graph based tools is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
